A woman was indicted with manslaughter after a grandmother and baby were killed while walking on a sidewalk in Lutherville-Timonium back in July.

Callie Schwarzman is being charged with two counts of Automobile Manslaughter as well as DUI charges after allegedly hitting Deborah Limmer and Delaney Gaddis on Treherne Road back on July 23.

In the indictment, it says Schwarzman was grossly and criminally negligent when she hit Limmer and Gaddis. It also says she was driving while under the influence of a combination of one or more drugs and alcohol.

This is not the first time something like this has happened in our area, back in 2014 Bishop Heather Cook was drunk and texting when she hit Thomas Palermo on the 5700 block of Roland Ave.
