Baltimore Police say they are on the scene of a barricade in the area of the 1600 block of Vincent Court near the Sandtown-Winchester area.
Drivers should expect closures in the area; police also say that there are some school delays in the area. Those schools include New Song Academy and Gilmor Academy, both on North Gilmor Street, and William Pinderhughes Elementary/Middle School on Gold Street. The area is also a few blocks away from Kids Safe Zone and Penn North Community Resource Center.
ABC2News has a crew on the way to the scene; more information will be added when it is available.
