Thanksgiving came a day early for some first responders in Baltimore.

On Wednesday, the Residence Inn at Johns Hopkins Medical Campus delivered a full Thanksgiving Day meal to the firefighters at Engine 33 in East Baltimore.

The meal was prepared by the chef and staff at the hotel's restaurant "16 on the Park."

It included turkey, stuffing, sweet and mashed potatoes, vegetables, rolls and pie.

Wendell Bush, the general manager at the hotel, says the company is all about giving back to the first responders who work hard to keep us safe everyday.

The Residence Inn at JHMC also delivered food to a police station in the city.
